Musicien depuis une vingtaine d’année auprès de diverses formations angevines (Zenzile, Lzone Busta), Glass est l’expérimentation d’un mélange de musiques dites « électronique » et « organique »…l’explication : étant seul, les bases, surtout rythmiques / bruitistes, se composent pour la plupart à partir de machines (séquenceurs / samplers), le côté « musique électronique » ; puis le reste (basses /mélodies /tessitures) est joué, le côté « musique organique »…
Le mixage de tout ça est souligné de reverb/echo en tout genre et de bien d’autres effets de productions…
Cette musique est presque exclusivement instrumentale, presque, car Glass s’octroie les services de Dave Alderman (Warehouse project/ The Brave and the coward…) pour poser sa voix sur quelques morceaux (« Shrink wrap »/ « On the slide »), ce qui donne un relief intéressant.

Le concept étant de ne rien interdire en mélange de genres, du moment que cela est un sens pour les oreilles, avec une ligne directrice, bien entendu.
Cela donne des morceaux à tendance new wave/rock («On the Slide » : « Fourth wave » ; « Shrink wrap »), d’autres plus ambiantes (« Slow »), ou bien encore des electronicas un peu bizarres…

Le but de ces expérimentations est d’emmener l’auditeur dans l’univers de Glass …

A musician for 20 years with diverse groups ( Zenzile / L Zone Busta ) from Angers in France, Glass is  an experiment, a  mixture of  "electronica" and "organica" music. Explanation: the former, in the home grown sense of drum-machines, four-tracks, samplers & the latter in the play it 'live' & watch it grow in a shallow bath of reverb.  The music of Glass is almost instrumental...almost! Glass employed the services of Welshman, David K. Alderman (Warehouse, The Brave & The Coward) on the trax  'Shrinkwrap' & 'On The Slide' to colour the musical palette a tad differently. The concept is free; a mix & match blend easy on the ears but with a subliminal strangeness. 'Shrinkwrap', 'Fourth Wave' and  'On The Slide' tinker with new-wave tendencies and 'Slow' evokes an ambient electronic undertone.
The goal: continual experimentation. A voyage of discovery for the listener into the universe that is Glass.
